District 13 Dallas City Councilwoman Jennifer Staubach Gates and the only two other female council members will lead an event Friday honoring women in government.
Gates along with District 4 Councilwoman Carolyn King Arnold and District 12 Councilwoman Sandy Greyson will host the event to commemorate the end of Women’s History Month, celebrated annually in March, at noon on Friday at the Dallas City Hall in the Flag Room, 6EN.
The three council members will be joined by Dr. Monica Williams, vice president of University Advancement at UNT-Dallas, and Vanessa Gray, the Diversity, Inclusion, Culture & Engagement Manager for the City of Dallas.
