Dallas police responded to a shooting report at an apartment building in the 13700 block of Preston Road on Saturday night, Aug. 26.
When officers arrived to the incident shortly before 8:30 p.m., officers found a man inside of a car with gunshot wounds. The victim died from his injury.
The incident is still under investigation and police have not provided any more information. The victim’s identity is still pending under Medical Examiner’s evaluation. Crime Stoppers Dallas has offered a $5,000 reward for any information that leads to an arrest or indictment for the offense.
