The Dallas International District is holding its first night market this Saturday.

More than 50 vendors will participate in the market with a variety of cultural products, food and art. The night market at Dallas International District, formerly the old Valley View Mall, is still under redevelopment.

Locals Elle Congelliere and Sarah Chung and the City of Dallas believe that “the night market will be a great way to showcase the city’s international community in a new and unique way while also introducing the DID and future plans,” according to the press release.

There will also be live entertainment throughout the night.

A second Dallas International District night market will be held in December. The event is free to attend and will last from 4 – 11 p.m.
