Kips Bay returns with much anticipation for its fourth annual showcase in Dallas, featuring the work of 22 designers.

Situated in the picturesque Sunnybrook Estates neighborhood in Old Preston Hollow, similar to the previous years, the house includes five bedrooms, 4 living spaces, a bar, a pool and outdoor living spaces. Each designer was tasked with the challenge of crafting their spaces in just six weeks. Designers took creativity to each corner of the house and left no space unturned.

Although the design event is in its fourth year in Dallas, it’s been a phenomenon in the design industry since 1973 in New York. For 48 years, the event had doubled as a fundraiser for the Kips Bay Boys & Girls Club. This year, it partnered with two local charities, Dwell with Dignity and Crystal Charity Ball. The event is chaired by local design icons Jean Liu and Chad Dorsey, while Laura Lee Clark and Trish Sheats serve as vice chairs, and Jan Showers, along with honorary chairs Jamie Drake and Veranda’s editor-in-chief, Steele Marcoux, lend their expertise.

Each room is its own masterpiece while also being connected to other spaces in the house. The show house will run for two weeks for the public, closing its doors on Nov. 14. Tickets and more information can be found on their website.
