Two people died following a car accident near Dallas North Tollway and Forest Lane around 2 a.m. on Saturday, Jan. 13.
According to Fox 4 News, 24-year-old Kendralla Brown and 28-year-old Nathan Hattox were involved in the car accident. Both drivers exited their vehicles, and while standing on the roadway, they were hit by another driver.
Brown and Hattox were taken to Methodist Dallas Medical Center where they were both pronounced dead. The third driver was uninjured, according to the Texas Department of Public Safety.
Texas DPS shut down the tollway while the scene was cleared but reopened it three hours later.
The accident is still under investigation, and no charges have been announced at this time.
