Dallas Love Field recently snagged the title of Best Airport in the 2023 Airport Service Quality (ASQ) Awards.

DAL secured the title for Best Airport in the 15 to 25 million passengers in North America category. The ASQ Awards sets the benchmark for airport performance metrics, recognizing airports excelling in customer service and passenger experience.

“Dallas Love Field is honored to receive the 2023 ASQ Award for Best Airport in our category,” said Patrick Carreno, director of the Department of Aviation. “We take pride in delivering a seamless and memorable experience, and this award is a testament to the hard work and dedication of our entire airport community.”

Approximately 600,000 passengers provided feedback, according to a statement from ACI World director general, Luis Felipe de Oliveira.

Administered by Airports Council International (ACI), the ASQ Awards directly receive feedback from passengers on a survey with over 30 performance indicators. This year marked a significant milestone for the ASQ program, with over 400 participating airports.

Next week, DAL invites the public to an open house at the Frontiers of Flight Museum to discuss its master plan for the next two decades.
