Seven months after a fire ravaged Preston Place Condos and killed one of its residents , the property is up for sale.

The owners hired a real estate broker, Holliday Fenoglio Fowler, L.P., to market the 2-acre Preston Center site. Earlier in the year, owners voted to sell the property to developers, instead of rebuilding the condos.

Zoning allows for as many as 100 residential units.
