Dallas ISD has canceled athletic events, vaccine registrations and home visits this weekend in response to the winter weather.
Classes were also held virtually Thursday due to the freezing temperatures in Dallas, according to DISD’s The Hub.
Here is a list of events in Preston Hollow that have been canceled by DISD:
- The COVID-19 vaccine registration event originally scheduled Saturday morning at W.T. White High School
- Home visits associated with Operation Comeback, DISD’s initiative to boost attendance
- All athletic events, including Hillcrest and W.T. White baseball games this weekend
