TJ’s Seafood Market has given their menu a fresh taste of their seafood concept with a revamped cocktail menu and 15 new entrees.

For the last 34 years, TJ’s has been known to have the freshest seafood in Dallas. Owner Jon Alexis and Imperial Fizz’s culinary director have curated a new menu to highlight new and savory tastes. Guests can be assured their favorite classics will still be on the menu, but the new options will be a much-anticipated addition.

TJ’s is part of the Imperial Fizz hospitality team, the minds also behind Malibu Poke, Escondido Tex-Mex, Ramble Room and more recently, Birdie’s Eastside.

“The Imperial Fizz team has learned so much about how to make our customers happy at Escondido and Ramble Room,” Alexis said. “We simply took those lessons and applied them to TJ’s.”

New food menu items include Oysters Rockefeller, salmon ceviche, miso-glazed Chilean sea bass, a New England seafood chowder and more. For cocktails, there’s a complete overhaul of refreshing drinks such as the Hugo mint spritz, a sparkling elderflower cocktail with lime. There is also the Ranchrita, a combination of Socorro blanco, jalisco orange, agave and sparkling water.

“It was the perfect timing with Escondido having opened last Fall and Ramble Room this Spring; now was the time as we then will get into opening Birdie’s Eastside this winter,” he said.
