Luxury furnishing and lifestyle brand Frontgate will open its new location at Preston Royal Village later this month.
Last year, the brand announced its relocation from Plano’s Legacy West to Preston Hollow Village, replacing the former Barnes & Noble location that closed in 2021. Spanning 9,433 square feet, the new store will showcase a range of indoor and outdoor products.
Featuring a central atrium for furniture testing and an in-store Design Studio for customer collaboration with Frontgate designers, the layout also includes various “vignettes” for guests to seamlessly transition between rooms, similar to a home setting.
“As a brand, it was imperative for us to adapt our physical footprint to align with the preferences of today’s customers,” said Frontgate president Tom Bazzone. “We believe our new retail concept offers patrons a truly unique and inspiring shopping experience.”

The Preston Royal Village location marks Frontgate’s seventh store in the United States, joining a lineup of other locations in Georgia, Kentucky, North Carolina, and Ohio.
The grand opening weekend is set for March 22 to March 24 and invites the public to enjoy food, beverages, live music, giveaways, DIY seasonal bouquets, cocktail-making sessions and conversations with designers.
