The popular food truck-turned-storefront Green House Market recently opened inside NorthPark Center. It’s the subject of our Delicious section in the February print issue, which begins delivery this week. The restaurant touts its locally sourced produce and meats and seasonal fare. Owner Michael Siegel told us:
“The whole idea that we want to promote is that people should know where their food is coming from — we should be able to go see our cows and chickens and look them in the eyes.”
Here’s a preview, plus some extra photos you won’t see in the magazine. Menu items include (on top from left to right):

1) The flank steak salad 2) the chicken ciabatta and 3) the market plate: roasted vegetables, wilted kale and lentil salad with sweet potato, red onion and poached salmon topped with cucumber yogurt (for $10 you receive a choice of three salads and for $4 extra, a choice of meat)

Check out the full menu here, although it does change from week to week. And look for the full story online soon.
